I began this embroidery piece in New Zealand when I was in the depths of discovering and defining the idea of home. I finished it here on U.S. soil after finally feeling confident about my decision not to return to University in NZ this year. Some closure for sure. Still lost in what my next body of work will be. The home thing is feeling pretty played out. Don't know what I need or want to do. Art it out...art it out.
